Where I started

My journey began when my father lost his corporate role after 25 years of service. I encouraged and supported him through one of the most devastating times in his life. He was the breadwinner for the family with two children in college and one still to go. In addition, he was responsible for a multi-generational household. I helped him navigate starting his own consulting business which later led to a second corporate career as an executive in a NYC bank at an advanced age. At the same time, I also set my siblings up for potential career paths in accord with their talents and interests by aligning their resumes, conducting mock interviews, and assisting with negotiations. Through supporting various family members, friends, and colleagues, I have received feedback that taught me I have a gift of connecting with others, listening and providing resources that unlock their thinking and facilitate their growth. I have been known to push them out of their comfort zones with encouragement and support.

How it evolved

I consciously chose to obtain my master’s degree in human resources so I could gain additional skills to guide others. I’m here now to share this gift with you. As a corporate human resources director, career coach, and outplacement consultant, I have counseled hundreds of professionals at global Fortune 500 companies for more than 20 years. I’ve enjoyed helping them navigate the intricacies of their personal development journeys in their corporate environments. During my career, I have worked extensively on goal setting, action planning, and personal development. If you’re a recent college graduate stepping into the workforce, a former professional looking to re-enter the workforce, a current professional positioning yourself for a new job or promotion, or a new leader looking to build or refine your leadership skills, I can partner with you to create a customized solution. I believe in a holistic approach to coaching, integrating proven methodologies with personalized strategies to empower you to unlock your potential. From career advancement strategies to cultivating greater work-life balance and enhancing productivity, my goal is to equip you with the tools and insights necessary to thrive in both your professional and personal spheres.
